How To Use DTF Hot Melt Adhesive Powder

 

Here is a general overview of how DTF is used for T-shirt applications:

 

1. Design Creation: The first step is to create or select the design that you want to transfer onto the T-shirt. This can be done using graphic design software or by purchasing pre-made designs.

 

2. Print the Design onto Transfer Film: The design is then printed onto a specialized transfer film that has a layer of DTF hot melt adhesive powder. The design should be printed in reverse (mirror image) so that it appears correctly when transferred onto the T-shirt.

 

3. Transfer the Design onto the T-Shirt: Place the T-shirt on a heat press machine, ensuring it is smooth and free from wrinkles. Position the cut-out design with the adhesive side facing down onto the desired location on the T-shirt.
