The Structure of Hot Melt Adhesive Film
1.Base Material: The hot melt adhesive film is composed of a base material that provides the foundation for its adhesive properties. This material is typically a thermoplastic polymer that can melt and flow when heated.
2.Heat-Activated Layer: The hot melt adhesive film contains a heat-activated layer on one side, which is designed to bond with the desired substrate when exposed to elevated temperatures.
