Hot Melt Adhesive Film
Hot melt adhesive film is a type of thin film material made from hot melt adhesive, commonly used for bonding, packaging, and sealing
applications. Its main features include:
The use of hot melt adhesive films enhances production efficiency and product quality, making them widely adopted in many fields.
Hot Melt Adhesive Film step:
Prepare Materials:
Clean the surfaces to be bonded, ensuring they are free from dust, oil, and dry.
Cut the Adhesive Film:
Cut the hot melt adhesive film to the desired size and shape.
Heat:
Use hot press machine, or other heating tools to heat the adhesive film to its softening temperature (usually between 80-200°C, depending on the type of film).
Bonding:
Place the softened adhesive film on the desired bonding surface and gently press to ensure contact.
Cooling and Curing:
Allow the film to cool naturally, which will cause it to solidify and form a strong bond.
