Dtf Pet Film Description
Pet film DTF roll is also known as color inkjet film, digital printing film, etc. The water-based color ink and white ink are directly printed on the printing film by the printer to form various beautiful color patterns, sprinkled with hot melt adhesive powder, shaken, dried, and then transferred to the ironing board.
DTF PET film is used in direct thermal printing processes. In direct thermal printing, the film is passed through a thermal printer that has a thermal print head. The print head selectively applies heat to the film, causing the heat-sensitive coating to react and produce the desired image or text. The absence of ink or ribbons simplifies the printing process and reduces maintenance costs.

1. Tear-off method: cool tear or hot tear.
2. The printing film is a soft product. A slight stickiness on the surface is normal, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.

Dtf Pet Film Application
