How To Use DTF Hot Melt Adhesive Powder
Here is a general overview of how DTF can be used in T-shirt applications:
1. Design Creation: The first step is to create or select the design that you want to transfer to the t-shirt. This can be done using graphic design software or purchasing a pre-made design.
2. Print the design onto transfer film: The design is then printed onto a specialized transfer film with a layer of DTF hot melt adhesive powder. Designs should be printed in reverse (mirror image) so that they appear correctly when transferred to a t-shirt.
3. Transfer the design to the t-shirt: Place the t-shirt on a heat press, making sure it is smooth and wrinkle-free. Place the cutout design adhesive side down on the shirt in the desired location.
