Pet Film Description

PET printing film—also known as color inkjet film, digital printing film, and so on—is used for direct-to-film (DTF) production. Water-based colored ink and white ink are printed directly onto the film through the printer to create vivid, detailed patterns. After printing, the hot melt adhesive powder is sprinkled and cured to form a transfer-ready layer, and then the design can be transferred onto the target textile through ironing. This product is a single-sided printing film suitable for a wide range of fabric types. It is easy to peel off after printing, and the transferred pattern features bright colors, a soft hand feel, good elasticity, and strong durability with excellent washing and rubbing resistance—suitable for both hand washing and machine washing—while maintaining strong weather resistance and stable performance across high- and low-temperature environments without the glue opening or breaking.
