DTF Heat Transfer Printing White Tpu DTF Powder Hot Melt Adhesive Powder
DTF Hot Melt Powder Description
Printing the Design: The first step is to print the desired design onto a DTF film using a compatible printer and DTF inks. The design is usually printed in reverse to ensure the correct orientation when transferred onto the target substrate.
Application of TPU Hot Melt Adhesive Powder: After the design is printed on the DTF film, TPU hot melt adhesive powder is applied over the entire printed area. The TPU powder serves as the adhesive that enables the transfer of the design from the film to the substrate.
Shaking off Excess Powder: Excess TPU hot melt adhesive powder is gently shaken off the film to remove any surplus powder. This step helps ensure that only the necessary amount of adhesive powder remains on the printed design for effective bonding.
Placing the Film on the Substrate: The DTF film with the printed design and TPU hot melt adhesive powder is carefully positioned face-down onto the target substrate. Proper alignment is crucial to ensure the accurate transfer of the design.

DTF Powder Application
Printing the Design: The first step is to print the desired design onto a DTF film using a compatible printer and DTF inks. The design is often printed in reverse to ensure the correct orientation upon transfer to the substrate.
Application of DTF White Powder: Once the design is printed on the DTF film, DTF white powder is evenly applied over the entire printed area. The white powder serves as the adhesive that facilitates the transfer of the design from the film to the substrate.
Shaking off Excess Powder: Excess DTF white powder is gently shaken off the film to remove any surplus powder that is not adhered to the design. This step helps ensure that only the necessary amount of adhesive powder remains on the printed design for effective bonding.
Placing the Film on the Substrate: The DTF film with the printed design and DTF white powder is carefully positioned face-down onto the target substrate. Proper alignment is essential to ensure an accurate transfer of the design.
