DTF Powder Application
Heat Press Transfer: A heat press machine is used to apply heat and pressure to the film-substrate stack. The heat activates the DTF white powder, causing it to melt and bond the printed design securely to the substrate. The pressure helps ensure a strong and durable bond between the design and the substrate.
Peeling Off the Film: Once the transfer process is complete, the heat press is opened, and the DTF film is carefully peeled off the substrate. The printed design, now bonded to the substrate with the white adhesive powder, should be securely attached, creating a vibrant and durable transfer.
Cooling and Finishing: After removing the film, allow the transferred design to cool and set on the substrate. Depending on specific requirements, additional finishing steps, such as curing or post-processing, may be performed to enhance the durability and appearance of the transferred design.
