This product is a polyurethane thermoplastic powder hot melt adhesive featuring a soft feel with certain resilience and excellent processability. It delivers excellent adhesion to fabric, cotton, blended fabric, TPU, and PVC materials, making it a reliable choice for DTF hot transfer printing and textile bonding applications.

Conventional particle sizes: 0–80μm, 80–170μm, 80–200μm, 100–200μm, 150–250μm.

Washing standard: 5–6 pieces of knitted elastic fabric are washed with Blue Moon laundry detergent in a drum washing machine at 40°C/60°C. After washing, the fabric is dried in the sun, then the next cycle proceeds.

Our conventional packaging is 20kg large packaging. We also offer 1kg/5kg small packaging, with a total of 20kg per carton.
