This black TPU polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder engineered for soft hand feel, resilience, and excellent processability. It delivers strong adhesion to fabric, cotton, blended fabric, TPU, and PVC, making it a reliable choice for DTF hot transfer printing and textile bonding applications.

Conventional particle sizes available: 0–80μm, 80–170μm, 80–200μm, 100–200μm, and 150–250μm.

Washing standard: 5–6 pieces of knitted elastic fabric are washed with Blue Moon laundry detergent in a drum washing machine at 40°C/60°C. After washing, the fabric is dried in the sun, then the next cycle proceeds.

Our conventional packaging is 20kg large packaging. We also offer 1kg/5kg small packaging, with a total of 20kg per carton.
