DTF (Direct to Film) PET film is a specialized material designed for the DTF printing process. It serves as a carrier substrate onto which the DTF ink is directly printed. Made from high-quality polyethylene terephthalate (PET), this film offers excellent dimensional stability, ensuring consistent and accurate printing results. Its smooth surface provides an optimal base for ink adhesion, allowing for vivid and detailed color reproduction. After printing, the film can be easily transferred onto various fabric types, such as cotton, polyester, and blends, using a heat-press machine, making it a versatile solution for custom apparel and textile decoration.

• Printing: Designs are printed onto the PET film using water-based DTF inks (compatible with Epson inkjet or DTF printers).
• Adhesive Application: A hot-melt adhesive powder is evenly applied to the inked surface.
• Heat Transfer: The film is heat-pressed onto fabric (e.g., cotton, polyester, blends) at 150°C for 10-15 seconds.
• Peeling: The PET film is peeled away (hot or cold peel), leaving a vibrant, durable print.
