Our hot melt adhesion powder is made from 100% polyurethane and is offered in different models and powder sizes. Coarser powder grades are typically used for thick clothing, while finer grades are suited to high-elastic fabrics and summer T-shirts. The powder delivers excellent adhesion to textiles and offers outstanding resistance to water washing, dry cleaning, solvents, and both high and low temperatures. It features a soft hand feel, good resilience, strong stretchability, and excellent low-temperature processability.

Stacking strength of materials should not be excessive, and stacking height should be kept moderate. Polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder is prone to caking under high temperature and pressure; if caking occurs during use, simply filter it through a screen. Store at a temperature of 10–40 ℃ with humidity of 40–80%, away from ultraviolet light, and protect from light (including both artificial and natural light) to avoid long-term exposure to air.
