Washable PA Hot Melt Adhesive Film with 110-130℃ Melting Range for Fabric Logo Bonding

PA Hot Melt Adhesive Film is a thermoplastic film hot melt adhesive that comes with a release paper. This product can be heated and plasticized repeatedly to facilitate bonding. It is highly effective for bonding textiles such as cotton, nylon, chemical fiber, and blended fabrics. Moreover, this product is resistant to dry cleaning and can withstand washing at temperatures up to 90℃.

1. Prepare the materials: Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from any dust, grease, or other contaminants.
2. Cut the adhesive film: Measure and cut the PA hot melt adhesive film according to the desired size and shape for your application.
3. Preheat the bonding surface: If required, preheat the surface to be bonded using a suitable heat source, such as a heat press or iron.
4. Position the adhesive film: Place the cut adhesive film onto one of the surfaces to be bonded, ensuring the adhesive side faces the substrate.
5. Apply heat and pressure: Use a heat press, iron, or other suitable method to apply heat and pressure to the adhesive film.
6. Bond the surfaces: Once the adhesive film has reached the appropriate temperature and pressure, bring the second surface into contact with the adhesive.
7. Cool and cure: After bonding, allow the assembly to cool down and cure to ensure the adhesive film fully solidifies and creates a strong bond.
