PES Hot Melt Adhesive Film Overview

PES (Polyester) hot melt adhesive film is a thermoplastic film adhesive supplied on release paper. It can be repeatedly heated, plasticized, and bonded, making it a reliable choice for industrial lamination and assembly. PES is recognized for its high dielectric strength and low electrical conductivity, making it well suited to electrical and electronic applications.

The DS001TS grade bonds effectively to PVC, PC, and wooden materials, and offers 40°C washing resistance. Polyethersulfone is a high-performance polymer known for excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength, ensuring durable, consistent bonding performance.

If your order is not urgent, we usually transport by ship because it is the most economical option. For the West Asia area, we deliver by train because there is no sea route. For samples and urgent cargo, we ship by air as it is the fastest option. If you have a better transport idea, we are happy to accommodate it.
