1. What is a hot melt adhesive film?

It is a film whose basic carrier is release paper. The adhesive is solid at room temperature and bonds to other materials once its melting point is reached. Different hot melt adhesive films offer different performance and usages, so we first understand your requirements and then recommend the right product for you.

2. Do you accept OEM or ODM?

Yes. We accept OEM and ODM. As a professional heat transfer material manufacturer with more than 10 years of experience, we can assist with R&D for new products. If you need to bond special materials, please let us know.

3. How do you transport the products?

For non-urgent orders we usually ship by sea, which is the most economical option. For the West Asia area we deliver by train because there is no sea route. Samples and urgent cargo are shipped by air for the fastest delivery. If you have a better transport option, we are happy to accommodate it.

4. May I have samples?

Yes. If you need samples for reference, please provide your full address and preferred shipping mode with courier, and we will arrange samples for your evaluation.

5. How long is the lead time?

Sample lead time: 3–7 days. Bulk lead time: 7–10 days, depending on order quantity.

6. How do I pay for my order?

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer).
